Themis International School is in Beau Plan, Mauritius, in a safe and accessible environment.
3. How do I get to the school?
Option 1: Via Bois Rouge (M2)
- Take the M2 and go through Bois Rouge.
- Turn left at Greencoast, but do not turn right into the Greencoast car park.
- Continue driving up the road, past the construction area and onto the dirt track.
- When you reach the top of the road, turn left, then take a quick right.
- Drive for about 50 metres and you will see our school ahead of you.
Option 2: Via Mahogany Shopping Centre
- Drive to Mahogany Shopping Centre and head towards the Sugar Museum.
- Before reaching the museum, turn right towards The Hive and the residential area.
- Take the second right turn.
- Continue for about 50 metres — you will see our school, a large white building, ahead.
Option 3: Bus
From Port Louis to Mahagony Mall

Curriculum & Learning
1. What curriculum does the school offer?
The school offers the Cambridge Lower Secondary (CLS) programme, designed for students aged 11 to 14. The curriculum provides a strong academic foundation and prepares students for internationally recognised qualifications.
2. Which subjects are taught?
Subjects include English, French, Mathematics, Science, Computing, History, Physical Education, and other enrichment subjects aligned with the Cambridge framework. 3. What age group does the school provide for?
We provide for secondary-level students, primarily those aged 11 to 14, with plans to expand into upper secondary levels. We currently provide a high-quality education for Year 7 to 8, and will grow annually until 2031 where we will provide excellent outcomes for pupils Year 7 t0 13.
Admissions
1. How do I apply for admission at Themis International Secondary School?
The admissions process includes:
- Initial enquiry on the EOI(Expression of Interest) form.
- School Tour
- Submission of enrolment form.
- Submission of required documents
Parents will be guided at each step of the process.
2. What documents are required for admission?
Applicants are required to submit:
- Previous school report
- Birth certificate or passport
- Completed expression of interest/application form
An interview may also be scheduled.

School Life
1. What are the school hours?
- Campus opens: 7:20 am
- Classes: 7.40 am – 2.20pm
- Campus closes: 4:00 pm
Classes run Monday to Friday.
2. Is there a school uniform?

3. What facilities are available at the school?
- The school offers:

- Sports areas including basketball, volleyball, and football spaces
Facilities continue to develop as the school grows. We are currently completing our construction phase for our new site at Bois Rouge which shall be ready by December 2026.

1. Can parents visit the school or meet the principal?
